Xtreme Lee 2
Here is a side view of the Xtreme Lee from Kenny Wayne Shepard's collection. You can see the rims a little better. I blogged before on saying these are what I would like to purchase. They measure 18's in the front and 20's in the back I believe. They are custom and I was told these are the only ones "cut" but can be duplicated. What do you all think?

The Sleeping Beast
Every day that I pass through the garage I think about the moment I start'er up for the first time. The long hours that were put in, the money it took, and the patience. All of the stress and receipts we'll look back on will not matter when she comes rolling out of the garage growling. Right now I'm still in the thick of things. She lays dormant for the time being while I build a money fund. For those who don't know about 90% of the funds that I have been working with to build Rusty have come from selling merchandise on eBay. I'm selling my autograph collection among other small things to buy what I need for this car. So my patience isn't just with the time working on the car, but also making the money to do it. I don't want to deplete the savings and create stress between my wife and I about money. This is a project that was thought out first before we bought it. I'm not on a time table but its hard passing Rusty and not being able to drive it. That day will come. I'll be ready. But for now I'll continue to be patient as I want this done the right way. Stay tuned...

Ok, I know this isn't the exact General, but this is what I would love for my car to resemble when it is done. I think I am sold on these rims, which are modern day vector rims rather than the original vectors the General had on it from the show. The only problem is is that they will certainly cost a little extra in the wallet. I fell in love with this style General right when I first saw it. This car is owned by Kenny Wayne Shepard. It is one of a kind. I don't want to copy it exactly, (it is valued at 90,000), but i would like the wheels. This car is amazing. I am saving every penny to help with the cost. No not all of our paychecks, literally every penny that I find on the ground. I know it will take a while to get the money, but if you look at the current state of Rusty then you know that I have a little time to save.
